Position Yourself for the Information Age
Looking back to history, through out the years there has been a transformation in the way of living of human kind and every age throughout all ages has had it own challenges and solutions.
We've had the 'Hunter-Gatherer Age' of human development, Agrarian Age (where two-tiered societies eveolved - the King & friends and the rest of the people working for the King), the Industrial Age (the age that birthed the middle-class and democracy) and now we're in the "Information Age".
The "Information Age" is supposed to be adventageous to everyone with so many opportunities present in this age - but on the contrary, the middle class and democratic capitalism is vanishing.
It's estimated that by 2028 50% of the jobs will be replaced by automative technology - a lot of hard-labour work will be replaced by 3-D printing, and so on. It's so evident that the technology is replacing a middle-man in every cost whilst providing effective and convenient solutions.
Today, we no longer reach out to property agents, but everyone looks for the accommodation over the internet and wrap up the deal before the screen. This is the transformation of the 'Information Age' that's availing opportunities to everyone - but our school system is still stuck in the industrial age, where it's preparing everyone for the disappearing jobs.
Be smart and position yourself with right knowledge to succeed in this age - going to school is beneficial but that 'alone' can not help you keep up with the transformation of this age.
